Revisiting the glorious old days when Florida was being explored and established... I have a love and passion for all things antique. I wondered what it would be like if a young woman was getting married in Florida’s early years when some of the cities we are familiar with now, were just being built. Since Florida is considered a part of the tropics, I imagined they would be thrilled by all things tropical which would be difficult to find in other parts of the country. Things such as tangerines, oranges, ferns, palm trees, coconuts, tropical flowers, etc. And considering how most weddings in olden days were home made, they would certainly incorporate these tropical findings into their decor. That is how the theme idea was born. I believe a bride today who "loves vintage" could gain inspiration from this styled shoot as it showcases a twist on the everyday vintage trend. This is our Tropical Delights Old Florida inspiration.
