My summer muse sessions began as a way for me to have a creative outlet during the summer months when wedding season is low in South Florida. I can't really explain the way I feel after a muse session. My heart is full of joy. The thought that with a few creative minds, an idea can manifest. It just makes me sooo happy!!! Saffron is not the first muse I dreamed of but she was the first to come to life. Like me, she is a lover of nature. The wonder and splendor of it all. Rays of sunlight bursting from behind a fluffy white cloud or sunbeams through the leaves; the trees, flowers and grass after a sweet rain shower, are a pleasure to the senses. I styled this shoot in collaboration with Martha Castillo of Martha's Masterpieces (paper flowers) and Jenny Borrego of Beauty by Jennyfro (Hair & Makeup + Modeling). The temperature was steamy hot and the mosquitos were swarming but it didn’t stop the magic three ladies can make when they come together.
