It has been such a great adventure working on this Summer Muse Series. Every shoot is an adventure and we absolutely love going back to the simple days of our photography, when our photo shoots involved a team of just 2 or 3 creatives. Don’t get us wrong, large collaborations on styled shoots are great, but the planning and executing can sometimes be very taxing. With this series, we wanted to implement a minimalist approach, and so far it has been a very fulfilling venture. Sometimes, the most beautiful things can come out of the simplest ideas or photo notions if you will ;). Special thanks to our muse Mary Jeanne, who braved the summer heat and still managed to look fabulous with that homemade bustle and our super talented makeup artist Natasha, who despite extreme heat, kept Mary looking as if we were shooting in the fall!
