Garden Life

Many of you may not know that Tracey-Ann began her photographic career as a nature and fine art photographer. Although we love doing weddings now, back in the film days wedding photography was not something we even considered. All through our college years we would choose a random nature location to photograph. I’d carry the bags and keep an eye out for wildlife and Tj would shoot. A couple of weeks ago our friend Rachel Narvez gave us a couple of passes to the Fairchild Tropical Garden in Miami. That gift jump started us back into shooting nature. A week after visiting The Fairchild Garden, we were shooting in our garden, and actually most of the images in the following slideshow are from our own yard :-D. Yes, the ladybugs are real. They live in the evergreen trees in our front yard and were somewhat cooperative during their photo session. A special thanks goes to Tracey-Ann’s mother who is an avid gardener, and keeps our yard so interesting. These images are available in wall prints and canvas for purchase from our online gallery. We will add more to our nature and fine art gallery as time goes by. Hope you enjoy the slideshow and please feel free to comment.
