Because of our focus on weddings, we rarely get to do maternity sessions. Last month we were blessed with two. Sharon and Shawn are famous in our dance scene due to their incredible hospitality and willingness to welcome out of town dancers into their home.  Up to 20 dancers at one time (A-MAZING)!  When Shawn contacted us to do Sharon’s maternity session, we were so excited.  Sharon is a creative mind and a super sweet person, so we knew we had the right combination to create something beautiful. When we first arrived, we were blown away by their absolutely gorgeous baby room. Sharon was truly inspired to create such an enchanted theme and was able to make it into a reality with a little help from her friends. As the day progressed, we were impressed by Shawn and Sharon’s love for each other and their wonderful relationship. We finished up the session in Sharon’s beloved garden, which appropriately showed the connection between her love for growing plants and trees with the new life growing within her. Sharon’s generous spirit of sharing her plants sent us home with several different species for my gardening mother to enjoy ;-). Thank you guys for entrusting us with your memories.
