We met Gianny & Julio almost a year ago and we hit it off instantly. These two were friends for a long time before their relationship turned romantic. They are playful, fun and in love. Our kind of people. Julio is a little bit country and seriously into plants, he taught us the word “pergola”. Thanks Julito! Gianny is the funny girl who is normally behind the camera not in front. For their engagement session we planned to start in Homestead near Julio’s home in order to capture some country scenes, then make our way to Fairchild Tropical Gardens, to capture Julio and Gianny’s love for plants. After leaving the gardens almost an hour after their closing time, we went up to Biscayne Bay, were Julio & Gianny wanted us to capture the Miami Skyline with the day’s last light. After stopping at Gigi Restaurant for a quick refueling, Gianny is a little bit city girl at heart, so we decided to visit the cool walls of Miami’s Design District. This was a really fun shoot and we can’t wait to salsa dance with Gianny & Julio at their wedding. Big shout out to Gianny’s sister Angy who was a super amazing assistant, and to Jackie for providing the delicious and healthy after-session dinner when we returned to the house that night .
